Definitely! The Harada method was created by a Japanese educator who essentially saw that those who had a clear sense of purpose seemed to perform better than those who didn't. Shohei Ohtani is probably the most popular endorsement for the method considering his insane success at such a young age, but it seems to be used across a lot of different domains.
Each of those 8 pillars gets 8 factors of their own which contribute to mastery in that particular pillar. So, the idea being that there would be 64 factors that make you a master at all 8 pillars and if you master each of those 8 pillars, you will become the person at the center of the grid. The idea is to set the goal quite long-term so that you have sufficient time to master all 8 pillars.
So for my grid, the goal is: Become best selling author. The 8 factors are: Prose Mastery, Story Craft Mastery, Output Engine - Body of Work, Authentic Connection, Business Mastery, Health, Spirituality, Study/Inspiration. My spin on it is that I defined the four pillars i want to improve most this year, and have some process or plan to build those habits/practices into my daily life. So for prose mastery and story craft mastery, I used the 16 factors as the basis for daily exercises I do to improve the aspect of either prose or story telling and I plan to do that for a year and reassess at the end of the year for which pillars I should focus on most acutely.
I can't attach an image here, but if you want to see the full grid I created, I'd be happy to send it to you! Lmk! Hope you're well!
Looking forward to those livestreams. Keep it up, Dom!

The method starts by setting your overarching goal, the purpose that you serve, and then 8 pillars that support that goal. It's easiest to visualize in the grid (I can't attach images here so I'll leave the link: https://www.beachcitybaseball.com/post/unleash-your-potential-with-the-harada-method).
